The company is located in Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, covers an area of 60,000 square meters and a construction area of 36,500 square meters. It specializes in the research and development and production of high-pressure, extra-large diameter polyethylene pipe fittings and welding equipment, and the production and sales of heat-resistant polyethylene (PERT-II) insulation plastic pipe systems.
Our company has more than 300 sets of various extrusion, machining and welding equipment, which can produce HDPE pipe fittings of various pressure levels (PN6~30 or SDR26~6) from DN63 to DN2500. It can also accept various special requirements of pipe fittings and components customized by customers, and has the ability to process 10,000 tons of pipe fittings products annually.
We have completely testing equipment, which can meet the various performance tests specified by national and international standards. The hydrostatic test water tank is 4000×3100×4000, which can meet the hydrostatic pressure test of DN3000 caliber HDPE pipes. The company is equipped with ultrasonic phased array nondestructive testing equipment, and relevant personnel have obtained the phased array ultrasonic nondestructive testing (PAUT) qualification certificate issued by ASNT, and have the nondestructive testing capability of HDPE pipe welds.
Our products are widely used in large-scale water conservancy projects, municipal water delivery projects, industrial water delivery and other fields, especially in the water intake, drainage, circulating water and water replenishment systems of marine projects (cross-sea transportation, coastal power plants, seawater desalination, etc.).
