Smart Joint's Expansion and Advantages:
Smart Joint, a leading company in the industry, is expanding its operations with the opening of a new factory called Smart Pipe in Shandong Province. The factory, spanning 60,000 square meters, is set to commence operations in February 2024. The focus of the new facility will be on the development and production of large diameter HDPE pipes, fittings, and fusion machines, with sizes available up to 3500mm to meet project requirements.
The company aims to provide customers with a comprehensive solution for large HDPE pipeline systems. Our systematic approach ensures that customers receive all the necessary components and support for the projects.
In 2023, Smart Joint achieved significant milestones. One notable achievement was the successful implementation of a project involving 2250mm SDR17 pipes. The customized HDPE manifold in this project resulted in substantial savings in terms of installation time and costs.
Smart Joint continues to innovate and develop products to meet market demands such as high-pressure products with PN25 and PN20 ratings, as well as large radius sweep bends. These advancements offer a complete solution without the need for pressure derating, ensuring the longevity of the entire pipeline system. Smart Joint's products find application in various industries, including traditional water supply, sewer systems, industrial processes, nuclear power plants, water treatment, sea water desalination, cooling, mining, and more.
